Additional options: By default, ReShade will load the shaders at startup. Shift + F will toggle on and off the effects. If you see 'Reshade 3.1.2 by crosire', you are done. And SELECT GTAV.exe and click DIRECTX10/11/12 and click YES to everything (including standard effects) My Reshade version :4.5. My steps are the same as you said (Open Reshade (exe) and click the big tab on top of the directx things.
